Role
Crestpoint acts as an independent advisor and intermediary on behalf of property owners. Financing is provided by participating institutional capital sources, with terms established by those sources. Crestpoint does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Compensation
Crestpoint is compensated by success fees disclosed in the executed engagement letter and earned at closing. Where a portion of that fee is payable by a participating capital source, the arrangement is disclosed to the client prior to closing.
